An accomplished guitarist who has appeared with Jackson Browne, John Densmore (The Doors), Bruce Cockburn, and Taj Mahal, Aaron White (Northern Ute/Diné) is a Grammy-nominated flute player and accomplished Native American flutemaker. The Native American flute has long been used to affirm feelings of romance and love experienced through courtship and settled life. White expresses the many facets of love – hope, yearning, commitment – through this original melody for the traditional flute.

as a member of Burning Sky trio, the first ensemble to combine Native American flute with acoustic guitar and drums, pioneered a sound that earned a 2003 Grammy Nomination for Best Native American Album for “Spirits in the Wind” and a 2004 Native American Music Award for Group of the Year.
